Our journey began in response to the urgent need for a reliable courier service to deliver vital food and dairy samples from Gippsland to laboratories across Melbourne. Recognizing that bacteria never stop growing, we established a 24/7 courier service to ensure samples are delivered in a fresh, viable condition for timely testing. Footprint
Based out of the Gippsland Region of Victoria, ERSC has expanded its footprint significantly over the years. Initially serving the Gippsland region, our reliable and efficient refrigerated transport services now cover a vast majority of food and dairy businesses across Victoria and into New South Wales. Our fleet, consisting of refrigerated vans and advanced transport refrigeration services, ensures that we maintain the highest standards in biological sample transport and other temperature-sensitive deliveries. With a strategic head office located at Moorabbin Airport, we are well-positioned to serve clients across Australia.
A New Chapter
In a significant milestone, ERSC was acquired by Golden Logistics Australia (GLA), a leading name in the logistics industry with 58 years of experience. This acquisition has greatly enhanced our capabilities, allowing us to offer comprehensive refrigerated transport services across Australia. As part of the Golden Logistics family, ERSC benefits from a larger fleet, including vehicles ranging from 1-tonne trays to B-Doubles, and access to warehousing facilities at GLA’s head office. This merger has enabled us to provide rapid refrigerated transport solutions, ensuring that we meet and exceed our clients' expectations.
Strategic Diversified Partnerships
ERSC’s growth has been further bolstered by our strategic partnerships with sister companies Pakair Cargo Specialists and Quebec Couriers. Pakair, acquired by Golden Logistics in 2013, specializes in time-critical and temperature-sensitive courier and cargo solutions. This partnership allows ERSC to offer seamless interstate transport services and international logistics solutions, including customs clearance and door-to-door services. Quebec Couriers, merged with Golden Logistics in 2023, enhances our service quality and stability, providing access to an expanded fleet and resources.

- The discontinuation of old or obsolete procedures which have a negative impact on the environment.

Use of Resources
- Golden Logistics Australia incentivizes its independent Contracted carriers to utilise cleaner burning fuels for the purpose of running their vehicles.
- Uses recycled material where possible including in our marketing material.
- Use resources and consumables in an efficient manner and maximise our use of previously purchased/produced products. e.g., energy, fuel, gas, paper, and water.
